Do you guys take after your moms too?

It seems to me that mothers do not enter the conversation as much. Usually these mothers are asian. But I find it hard to believe there isnt any drive to have an interest in asian culture. Some subreddits seem to focus way too much on the father. Like if your father is this and that, your life is already set for you.

Sorry for being a bit vague. Im purposely using different words. Im the asian male parent. But I feel my kids are going to be a part of the hapa community and I want to understand it more no matter what the parents ethnicities are. Thank you!
