Why must I b such a "girl" about this? Any1 else had this silly prob?

So my husband and I have been playing actively in the LS for about 6 months (quite a lot in this 6 month time frame, I'll add lol).. We had a few, sporadic 3-some encounters throughout the 13 years previous, but only in this 6 months did we become full on "swingers"..... So anyways, this has been the most fun we've ever had as a couple. We both enjoy the heck out of it, it has enhanced our sex life together exponentially, my husband is great about letting me lead the way, supporting/protecting my wishes, limitations, etc, it's just been overall, very, very positive... There are however, certain undesirable emotions that I (in particular) still have to finish tackling in full... Emotions that I have identified in myself as "negative", and fully intend to squash as time goes on... I've always been a little extra "level headed & rational" (especially as a woman), and I've never had much trouble identifying silly emotions, and/or purging them if needed.. To put it simply, I am not a drama queen, can't relate to drama queens, and just generally don't do drama, or know HOW to do drama.. So anyways, these new "surprise" emotions/feelings are minimal, but they do creep up, and my ultimate goal is to eliminate any emotion of mine, that I deem "unproductive"... Things like twinges of jealousy & possessiveness, or silly (but still real) thoughts of "does my husband enjoy her more than me?", "will this guy I'm playing with be disappointed & think I'm not as pretty as his wife?", "am I attractive enough?", "would my husband resist the notion to go back to monogamy, at any moment in time, if I wanted to? If he did, would that mean I alone, am not good enough for him anymore?" (to be clear, I do NOT want to go back.. I love the LS & love seeing him with other women lol).. Just a few little creeping thoughts, that I can most easily label "girly emotions"... Those one's have been reasonably easy to sort through and correct. I don't want them, so one by one, I dig em' up & chuck em'.. There's just this ONE EMOTION though, in particular, that seems to linger.. It's actually the strangest, and hardest one for me to identify & understand. Because of that, I also find that it's more difficult to correct... What it is: Is I become overly sensitive & overreact to regular, every day life type arguments/spats at home (arguments unrelated to the LS - so far we've never had an argument related to our LS activities.).. For some reason, I create this correlation between our regular marital hiccups, to swinger/play activities in the outside world.. Or I don't connect them really, I just know that the outside activities are making me MORE sensitive when it comes to he and I alone... When we have a normal, expected spat, about say "money" or "kids", I might feel it, so much more powerfully then I ever would have before the LS... We're best friends, so arguing doesn't happen often with us, but when he does get upset with me at home, or I get upset with him, it seems that I am much less capable of brushing the (hypothetical) wounds off.. I don't get over it like I did before. My sensitivity seems to be set on "super high", in the event that we have some sort of disagreement... He knows this, we've talked about it, and we both try and take it for what it is, but still... it's there... and I don't know why??? I know that it is in fact our LS activities that create this hyper sensitivity, because they are the first things that come to mind, when he and I are face to face, in a completely unrelated disagreement at home... I might think something along the lines of, "He can't be mad at me... How could he be mad at me when we've done all those awesome things out there in the LS? I've been such a cool wife about things. Most men would give their right arm for a heteroflexible wife who enjoys 4-somes! We shouldn't be capable of being upset with each other like this, when we've been so intimate with other people."... YIKES!!!! YES, I know those thoughts are completely irrational! I do not know what makes them show their ugly little heads every time we bicker about the budget or parenting teenagers, but they do! And for the love of Pete (who's Pete? I haven't been with a Pete. Yet.) I would like to "not be such a girl" about things! So.... That is why I'm throwin' this out there.. I've placed myself in this vulnerable position, and am seeking advice... LOL! I also would like to know if anyone else experienced similar emotions, at the start of their adventures in swinging? And if so, how long did it last, and how did you correct it? I do not want to make any silly, unproductive correlation between our regular relationship at home, and our play time outside the home.. It's completely unnecessary. Married couples have spats. No amount of amazing swinger experiences will change that! So when and how will I lose this hyper sensitivity and go back to my regular, notoriously rational, easy going, sensible self????? Thanks for any and all advice!
