ADL-52 vs. ETH-LAD as first psychedelic

I have been contemplating trying a RC as my first psych. For both molecules, I have read almost all the erowid experiences, and am starting to lean toward ALD-52 because it is quite close to the real thing. I'm planning my trip very carefully and with a lot of attention to detail. I'm planning to take 60ug to get my toes wet so to speak, then possibly take 40ug depending if I'm comfortable with the headspace. Then in a couple of months, try a full 150ug experience with a sitter. I will be having my girlfriend to assist me if I'm in need of anything. I'm also proficient in both meditation and biofeedback so if I start to get overwhelmed, I will have a fighting chance to reign the trip back in. I know this my seem like overkill, but I want to insure that my first psychedelic experience is everything I hope it would be! As Bill Murray said in What About Bob, "baby steps, baby steps out the door, baby steps through the hall" :)

So, if you where I, out of these two psychedelics,  which ones would you recommend? I'll also have a couple of 10mg Valiums on hand just in case!
