[Standard] Mono-Red Burn

Alchemist Burn

I'm getting back into Magic after a few years on break. I'd like to build a budget Standard Mono-Red Burn deck. The Standard deck linked above caught my eye but I need help updating it with any Amonkhet cards that are better.

I was thinking of replacing Speedway Fanatic with Harsh Mentor. I'm also open to a whole different Mono-Red if the one above is bad. Any and all help is appreciated. Thank you.
