Clarifications and a question: niggly traffic/parking: u-turns, parking near mailboxes and driveways, against the flow of traffic

I've done some research, as I (an American, but non-WA local) have been warned of possible tickets, and had questions. I bet a lot of others do too. I've found definitive stuff on u-turns, parking near driveways and mailboxes etc, but a big ?? on parking against the flow of traffic. I'm posting what I've found that's definitive: can someone help with the against-the-flow-of-traffic bit?
