Debating whether to Macro for TMs or not, scared of future banning

I have invested a lot of time into this game, I built my team, got really lucky pulls, and I generally enjoy playing this game. It's fun to grab my phone and play whenever I want.

I even find it helps with my anxiety / depression issues as it gives me a distraction to derail my mind when I need it.

I am finding TMR farming is effecting my real life in a horrible way, I am taking time away from my work, thus losing money, staying up late at night to finish ES runs and taking time away from my family. I also hit a limit today, after TMR farming, it dawned on me that even after all these hours of work I am only 17.9% through a 100%, and I can't fathom being able to retain my apartment, boyfriend, job, and sanity while manually TMR farming.

I am just as upset though at the thought of being randomly banned in the future one day when GUMI decides they are going to banwave macro users and losing all of this time and luck I have invested into my account.

How do others feel about this?

Is it TRULY safe for me to macro with Nox? As in I have 0% chance of a future ban?

Or are all of you really just taking a huge gamble with your accounts and hoping you won't be banned?

I feel torn, because even if they did ban macro users and I never macro, I feel like the game would end shortly after anyway since apparently whales / big spenders are all macroing and once they are taken out of the equation the game's income would plummet thus ending the game anyway. So my manual TMR runs, time, and game would go to shit.

Edit: wow after reading about dominion rings I swear this has to be an MK ultra / project paperclip mind melting tactic. They are taking grinding to a new level.
