Borla or UUC System U Exhaust?

Been in need of a new exhaust so i purchased the Borla exhaust for my 328i, being that its one of the quieter exhausts for the E36. However, I scored a UUC System U exhaust muffler from someone off the forums before my Borla system came in the mail.

My question is to whoever has heard or had both in person, what do you prefer? The Borla was about $400 more than the UUC, so returning that would save quite a bit of cash.

I do want a quiet exhaust as well, having owned the Bimmerworld Magnaflow exhaust, Ireland Engineering exhaust, it's time to upgrade to something quieter.

If you were in my position, what would you do? UUC or Borla?
