Sith Trooper in hAAT - Does he have a place?

Now that Sith Trooper can F2P be seven star, does he have a place in any hAAT teams? Could he be one of the tanks for a chirpatine team? (I know they are being replaced with TM reduction teams, but some of us are a long way from those teams) He auto taunts with a sith special or if a sith falls under 50% health, which seams like it would be nice. I tried to come up with a phase 2 team but couldn't really do it.
