Mid-Low End Build
###Build Help/Ready:
Have you read the sidebar and rules? (Please do)
Yes.
What is your intended use for this build? The more details the better.
My intended use for this build is primarily gaming. It will be my home PC, so I will also be using it for my college homework and such.
If gaming, what kind of performance are you looking for? (Screen resolution, framerate, game settings)
1280x720 is my current monitor, and will be for a while. My other monitor was damaged during the move into my new apartment, so I am focused on building around this resolution for now. I based this build around the Console Crusher from r/pcmasterrace and the guide said that this build would be able to run most modern games on mid-low setting at 60+fps. That is exactly what I am looking for until I have enough money to upgrade later on.
What is your budget (ballpark is okay)?
$400ish. No more than $450.
In what country are you purchasing your parts?
United States
Post a draft of your potential build here (specific parts please). Consider formatting your parts list. Don't ask to be spoonfed a build (read the rules!).

Provide any additional details you wish below.
I have a huge question with this build. In order to save money, I dropped the listed storage device on the actual build from r/pcmasterrace and was just going to transfer my current HDD over to the new build. This would save me from having to purchase a new HDD, re-download my games, and re-purchase Windows 10...right? I am doing anything I can to not drop the money on re-buying the Windows OS. Thank you so much for any help! This is my first PC build and I am super excited to join the community!
NOTE: You do not have to follow this format, but please be sure to answer these questions. Please do not ask to simply be given a build. You are welcome to delete this section.
