Is there a reason Anet cant refund accidentally bought bag slots straight from the inventory screen? [Dornsinger]

We at Customer Support cannot even see that kind of data, so there is no way for us to actually edit it. Delete, edit, mess with, however we want to say it, we cannot do it. If it's entered on the account as a set, fixed thing and not an item a player can throw out - we cannot offer a refund. :\
