Rabbits giving birth in holes in my yard.

Anyone else have this issue? The rabbits dig a hole, give girth and raise their little ones in my lawn. I don't want them to die, but don't want it to continue after they are grown. How do I prevent it from happening? I am in Eastern, MA. Zone 6a
