Is there any word on workshop support?

As a steambox user (got it cheap at last years black friday sale) I'd love to know if there are any plans for KSP to get workshop mod support.

Subscribing is SO much easier then messing with the ridiculous steam OS interface or linux (maybe I'm just bad at computers)...

Ive been playing unmodded because downloading a tool to unzip files seems to require a built in unzipper... and the rig doesn't even come with a text editor like notepad (even... just notepad)...

So... here I am hoping for this and thinking it's likely never coming. As my first forray into PC gaming I'm very happy with the price point, and not so much with the performance and the need to learn a new operating system...
