Seeking Division/team

Not sure where to look, I play NA a couple hours most evenings 9-midnight EST. I've connected with a few people here and there through the ingame div request, but never anybody that has their mic hooked up.

So they can hear me giving instructions, but they can't respond.

I started a few months before the last ranked season and got to rank 9.

I have 2 T8 BBs 2 T7 DDs and a few cruisers.

I can play most roles well and as of lately I'm generally at the tops of the scoreboards, I'm by no means great though. I still make mistakes. Ideally I'd like to work with a group that communicates as well as they play to take my skills up another level just like the ranked season did for me.

Teamspeak/ventrilo etc all okay.

Thanks all.
