Has anyone seen these? Neat looking journal.

I was looking for a journal today while at Staples to turn into a weekly planner, and couldn't find anything I liked, or in my budget. I was checking out the post-it notes and found these. They're about an inch thick, and have all three - ruled, grid, and blank pagess. Best part? Marked down to $5. I thought it was a decent deal? Now... what to do with it...
