Can some one please explain the NJPW calendar? I want to get into the promotion, but I dont quite understand their tournaments and such.

Like, so I know they have tent pole events like G1 and Wrestle Kingdom. But how on the calendar do they fit? Like, whats up with the tag league? does everyone participate?

EDIT: When do tournaments happen and do they interrupt the show? Are they like King Of the Ring where they just decide, "Hey, we have some good juniors this year, time for a best of the Super Juniors?" or is it more Money in The Bank, like they know its coming and they have some matches to determine participants?
