Choosing a good war base to attack. ( for new players)

I have seen many if new player of clash of clans , get confused whom to attack. Well, basically its all about confidence.

1. Always think about war stars and never loot - it means look for bases which you can 3 star not the bases You see loot.

2. Always get a conversation with someone experienced - Before doing a attack make sure , you elders agree with you. As they are more experienced they can identify better. :).

3. Just be confident.

4. Also try hit someone with your range for example - If you are number 19 then try to hit someone between 18-22. Dont hit someone lower until you dont have a whole lot of confidence. And only hit higher if you are confident about getting a 3 star
