Help with building a Gaming/Streaming computer with a 1500$ budget. First time building a PC

This is the first computer I plan on building, and I would like it to be a strong, stream ready, moderate performance computer. I tried to pick out some parts and I wanted to know what yo uguys thought of the build.

I'm looking for 60+ FPS on a 1920x1080 resolution In games like Overwatch, PUBG, and Other popular titles

I'd really like to spend about 1500$ on my whole setup including my Mouse, Keyboard, And a new monitor; but I'm willing to spend 1500$ on the build itself if it'll guarantee excellent performance.

I would be buying my parts in the USA

**This would be my first ever rig and I really want to get it right the first time, and be able to upgrade in the future.**
