Possibility to having an entrepreneurial custom PC trade?

So, guys, I know there are a lot of you into building PC's and looking at doing your own, but want help looking into other parts. What I want to do is have an online page where you can fill out a survey about the PC you want to build and I would build it and ship it to you. However, I want to keep within the state of Georgia, since it's my place of residence, and would hand deliver the individual units once complete. Is this a viable business strategy, and if so, who would want me to build someone one?
