Python Help

Hi all,

Im having trouble with one of my python questions. I want to sort my data via the value in columns 3,4 &5. ( Currently random). The numbers in column 3 are worth 3 points, column 4 worth 1 point and column 5 worth 0 points. This is then totaled and the teams ranked by point order.

I'm not allowed to use python libraries. Image attached for reference (as CSV. I prefer to look as a notepad file)
