Snowwolf 200 plus Issues

Hello, I recently bought a Snow wolf 200plus box mod.

I can't seem to get through these issues. (tried googling it though)

Everytime I open the device it asks if it is a new atomizer or not. Is that common?

No output voltage on wattage mode. Reads the resistance at 0.22ohms.

Any snowwolf plus users out there?
