i have always had this question question about ufo camouflage and evasion techniques .

i have tried to stay up to date on ufos and alien theories both ancient and present. the 1 thing i have never heard discussed is . why ufos would not put red and green flight lights when visiting earth.
it seems to me , if every unidentified flying craft had standard lights and proper configuration, every time a report was made it could be explained away as terrestrial craft misinterpreted rather that an ET UFO. with that simple countermeasure im sure we wouldn't know a fraction of what we do to date .
im interested to hear others opinion and or thoughts . i apologize in advance if this has been asked and answered . i looked but could not find. im sure all here know how that goes?
