Pokedex 100 dying?

Haven't used this in a while but got back on it earlier this week. It seems as if the number of 100IV pokes has decreased a lot. I also went into their discord channel and same thing there. I remember seeing plenty of entries in the past, now they are more spaced out.

Anyone else noticed this?
