Disconnecting issues with my PS4 (HELP)

Every time I'm playing my PS4 I often disconnect from games and parties, sometimes its like every minute and sometimes I can play for 2 hrs with no issues. I can't figure out why this is happening, I play direct connect, with a TYPE 2 NAT. I do not have this issue on any other console, I've also tried restarting my router and PS4 many times. Does anyone have any advice?
