Help with my Jori En Deck (First Deck)

My friends and I are looking to get into commander (casual) and for my first deck, I am looking to use Jori En. I didn't want to use Mizzix or Melek because they are too combo heavy. I wanted a commander that flew under the radar, and helps me find my win conditions. My win cons are Mizzix's Mastery, Epic Experiment, Mind's Desire and similar effects. What cards do you recommend I add or take out? My budget is a max of $200, but I would like to keep it under $150. I still want the deck to be casual, so my friends and I can enjoy playing the game.
