Turbocharge Rank 6 - Supercharge (6a) vs Dump Heat (6b)

Supercharge - +20% Rate of Fire, +20% Clip Size Bonus

Dump Heat - +80% Clip Size

Current Turbocharge Spec: 4b/5b/6a

I use the Revenant with my Turian Soldier and I'm just curious what people think about Rank 6 of Turbocharge with this weapon. I often find that with Rank 4 in Duration, I end up reloading once and then continuing with a new thermal clip just a bit before Turbocharge runs out. If I switch from Supercharge to Dump Heat, will this result in a net increase in DPS for me since I should no longer have to reload before Turbocharge goes on cooldown? If I do that, will it be better to switch to 4a (Recharge Speed) over 4b (Duration) as well?

I'm gonna play around with a bit right now, but I'd like to hear some opinions.
