Can you have CFS without ME?

This website says that they are two different things. I fit the CFS side of the chart for more than the ME side of the chart. I basically have a constant flu-ish fatigue from a virus that I never recovered from. I don't have any of the neurological (other than the brain fog we all seem to have which accompanies fatigue) or seizure symptoms. Nor do I get any significant amount of pain. This leads me to believe that I have (post-viral) CFS but not ME. I do however get digestive symptoms. I don't get PEM, I feel malaise immediately after and during exertion, not 24 hours after.

Or is this whole "ME is not CFS" all a load of bullshit? Please someone help me I'm all a bit confused.
