Anti-depressants and nofap. Sexual side effects.

I am wanting to ween off "nardil" which is considered the gold standard for social anxiety by many people with SA. When I first started taking it, it was like I was a new person, was going on dates all the time. It increases dopamine which is why it is the best for SA. During that time it was working great, I felt like I could connect to women easily. It doesn't seem to work that great anymore, however I don't have the bad SA symptoms I used to have, such as blushing, shaking etc.

It affects libido of course, as most Anti-Depressants do. I'm wondering if this is bad since NOFAP is to get your libido back in normal situations. Since sexual energy is so important to life I'm wondering if I should get off it. I also was interested in switching to Parnate which is a similar MAOI but has less side effects.

Is it a bad idea to get off ANTI-D or change pills while doing nofap? I just started week 4 hardmode and have noticed some great benefits. But also have increased anger and irritability!
