2013 hop viability

Hey all, so here's my dilemma. I'm sitting on roughly 8000# of 2013 centennial, cascade, Amarillo, and citra and am paying storage fees on around 4000# of '14 and '15 that were contracted out. I'd say in any given month, I'm using MAYBE 100# of hops total. I've thought about approaching other breweries to sell some off, but is anyone going to even want '13's? Where is the point of no return? They've been stored at 36 the entire time.
