Thoughts on how they could handle Spider-Man in the MCU

Discussion

This story/concept/whatever you want to call it was developed by me and my friend in the timespan of about one hour, and I thought it belongs in here. OBVIOUS SATIRE because some comments really suggest adding this here.

BEFORE THE BITE

  • Tony Stark killed Peter's parents. They were undercover S.H.I.E.L.D. agents among the terrorists in Iron Man.

  • Norman Osborn is associated with HYDRA which exists in a way (Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.), and Oscorp is HYDRA's public unit. All the biological experimentation going on there is for HYDRA.

  • Osborn was given the task of development of OZ, a better analog for the Super-soldier serum. Norman has been conducting his private experiments on spiders to develop his own serum and use it to overthrow the head of HYDRA.

THE BITE

  • An incident occurs in the Oscorp lab that would change Peter Parker's life forever. Osborn establishes surveillance over the boy.

AFTER THE BITE. RELATIONSHIP WITH TONY STARK

  • Apparently, Adriano Toomes dies or gets hurt badly in Homecoming (you can see his wing stuck in the plane turbine in the latest trailer). Osborn comes in and steals Toomes' Chitauri tech. This sets him up as the future potential villain.

MAYBE SOMEWHERE AFTER INFINITY WAR

  • Osborn discovers evidence that Tony Stark killed Peter's parents, and decides to give it to Peter anonymously. He believes that it would push Peter to kill or seriously injure Stark. After that, Norman wouldn't have anything in his way.

  • Parker confronts Stark. The latter is flattered (his own parents were killed, and now he kills someones' parents too?). Goes existential and such.

  • The black suit escapes Oscorp lab/arrives from space, bonds with Parker, and Peter decides to kill Tony Stark.

  • CIVIL WAR II: Spider-Man vs. Iron Man. All superheroes take Peter's side. Stark's arc reator is damaged in the battle, so he zooms into the sky and explodes like a firework.
