Lightweight pants?

Hi ladies,

My workplace over the summer requires close toed shoes and long pants for safety reasons (lab work) but the air conditioning so far hasn't been fantastic. There's no real dress code, so leggings are fine. I'm just wondering what sort of light and breathable pants you've found so I can keep comfortable.
