So What is This 'Elemental Power' I received from Volcano? No, it's not a Heat Orb.

So I received. This item upon defeating on of the Volcano enemies. I've asked a couple of times in chat, and nobody know what it is. The only thing I've been told is it gives 500 heat.

Thanks.
