DM Seeking Help with Homebrew Monster

Hey guys. I've been working on a campaign and so far it's been looking great, but I want to put a new monster into it. It's a huge monstrosity. Think a lanky gaunt wolf on two legs. It hands are thin, but its claws are long and sharp. It has ram's horns a top it's head and ravenous for living flesh. My story is that many of them were sent by the gods to punish a king for defying their wishes, but I have idea how to create it's stats. Any suggestions on how to bring this thing into 5e?
