Watching a talk on property status of dead bodies and the Howard Stern 'Debbie Tay's bones' incident is being discussed
Pretty remarkable. He's talking about how a family has property rights in the body of the deceased. Stern's defense was that there was officially no dead body since she was cremated, so there was no quasi-property. He initially got the case thrown out on this basis, but it was reinstated on appeal. Since he later settled the matter with her family, there was no resolution on the matter.
Pretty surreal to hear that being discussed in 2017 in a place I never expected to hear Stern come up. Even Ralph knew that segment was a bad idea.
