Recommendations for good deep carpet cleaning company (and maybe hardwood and tile)?

As the title states, I am looking for a company that will deep clean carpet and maybe tile and hardwood. The carpet is a must, and is on the 3rd floor - master bedroom, landing, and 1 set of stairs. I previously had a dog so cleaning and deodorizing for a pet is needed. The tiles are for the master bathroom (3rd floor) and kitchen (2nd floor) and hardwood for the living room (2nd floor).
