Will A C in beginning c++ affect the ability to transfer here?

I took CIS 22A (Beginning C++) last quarter with a well-reputable teacher and got a C in the class. I know it's going to have an impact on my transcript and was wondering if getting Bs/As in the rest of the classes could counter that. I understand that this school is pretty competitive when it comes to Comp Sci majors, but I do plan to transfer here in two years.
