Capitalization matters in corporate emails.

A great, extremely passive aggressive way to get on someone's nerves is to always remember to not capitalize their name, especially when mentioning other people:

Hello all,

I wanted to mention to Mike, Heather, gary, Nathan, and Ari that the copier on the second floor is out of toner. Mike, would you mind ordering some extra please? gary, please replace it when it comes in. Ari, thanks for the heads up.
