Is there a way to see who has invited someone to a clan?

Hello!

I've been running a clan since the game first opened, and something has become a bit of an issue lately. Someone started spamming in our chat thus breaking one of our rules and I removed him, only to find hours later that he was back in. I scrolled up the chat log to see who accepted the application, but it just says that this person joined rather than having an acceptance message.

I believe this means he's being invited back into the clan and was wondering if there is a way to know who is doing this, or if there is a way to ban someone from rejoining.

Thanks!
