Is smite on mid/top kayle good / how to play laning phase with smite properly?

So i was wondering about taking smite on some champs on top (teemo yi tryndamere) and i read some comments on this subreddit about smite lane kayle, i think it might be good idea but i dunno how should i play it. Start with talisman and do raptors for lvl2 or just dorans ring and do camps inbeetwen pushing waves on lane? I know that early stages of the game will be much harded since i dont have 1 summoner (i always take flash ghost) so i will be more vulnerable to ganks. What is smite kayle build path? I thought of going stinger - red smite - nashor - bloodrazor - rageblade - ruunan - rylai - rabbadon (instead of boots which i build after nashors most of the time).
