Water cooling, radiator and fans question

I am building a custom loop with some spare parts and had some temp questions.

It is a mITX build and I am able to fit two 240mm radiators into the case. However only one radiator has room for intake fans. Is it worth it to use both of them since only one will have 2 fans attached to it? Would thee be a significant temp difference?
