Is it safe to log into my own accounts on websites when Adguard is on?

I bought Adguard premium lifetime license to support you guys. Also, I'm using the Adguard app on Android and it blocks pretty much every ad I've seen in my browser and the apps. It's really cool. I also enabled HTTPS filtering to make sure all the ads go away.

But is it safe to log into my own accounts on websites like YouTube, Reddit, Sweclockers and so on? Will you guys at Adguard see my username and password?
