Struggling to migrate WP to a new host

Any suggestions for an easier way to do it? I spent 12+ hours the other day trying. Every tool to do it is $$$, and every time I try to do it manually, I have issues (blank white page, theme issues, goes on and on).

I've followed guides online but it just seems like this is turning into a large scale process. I can move any of our other servers to a new datacenter in a few hours, but WP has been nearly impossible.
