Need some help for Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata, Second Movement

Hello,

I'm learning how to play the second movement of Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata and I don't typically have any issues with hand straining but when I play the right hand part of the piece, I feel a lot of strain in my wrist.

Like I said, I don't typically have hand strain and I know how to solve it most of the time, but with this, I don't know.
