Bad neighbors that don't pay tax

Hello Toledo,

I had a neighbor 2 houses down that lived in the house for around 7 years and were evicted by the sheriff as they never paid taxes and who knows if they didn't ever pay their mortgage, but probably not. All in all, they owed about 16k when all said and done.

So after the eviction, I find out in 2015 anotbrr neighbor only about 12 houses down from me that his uncle had lost their house 2 houses down from them. So these people somehow have bought this house. I am shocked that this happened to be frank.

These are not good people. They fight all the time. Police arrested and locked up her husband, but he looks like he is back around after his 18 month jail sentence.

How can this happen? Who should know about this? This is absolutely remarkable and yet very ridiculous at the same time. My house is still under water and makes me just want to pull the same shenanigans.
