HELP. 4 days left. BU or NEU?

I am a business major... I liked NEU more when I visited for 2 main reasons: the students were friendlier, more relaxed, more attractive and the campus was nicer than commonwealth ave. HOWEVER, I can't bring myself to pick NEU because I got $64,200 in BU grants, which is almost a full ride. However, I only got $54,400 in grants at Northeastern. Northeastern is a bit cheaper to attend overall and they increase my grant by the same percentage as tuition goes up, so over 4 years I've estimated that BU will be $20k cheaper for me. I really cannot decide. On one hand I know that BU is a bit more reputable (although some undergrad business rankings put D'Amore Mckim ahead of Questrom), but I think NEU's co-op program makes up for that (not to mention the money I'll make from it.) HELP and please try to stay as unbiased as possible (I know this is the NEU subreddit).
