[Question] About rocket league ranks

Some weeks after the new rank update it stoped at a point where my friend and i couldnt claimb any further in ranks. We are still in the same rank even though we feel like we have improved our gameplay ALOT. Do any of you feel the same or have some thoughts? Have rocket league changed the rank requires? Cause i heared the ranks should have been easyer after the first weeks after the new ranks.....
