Life steal on Revenant vs other ADC in a 1v1 fight Who would win and is it worth it?

I "think" life steal on Revenant is not worth it IMO because in most cases you will probably only land 3/4 shots in a straight up 1v1 vs another ADC.

I believe the other adc will have lifesteal and will take full advantage of it when I have to reload. So do you think its worth building life steal or something else to cover for the lack of life steal?
