$1500 Black and Red Work PC

What will you be doing with this PC? Be as specific as possible, and include specific games or programs you will be using.

I am currently in school for computer science about to finish up my freshmen year. I want this to a work first and play latter type of build. This computer needs to be future proof for a minimum of five years without upgrading any parts. It needs a powerful cpu as I move up in complexity of projects. I would also like a lot of storage so I can store all my projects over the next few years on it. I don't know what software I will be using in the future, but I would say its as demanding as video editing. I would also like to play games on this. For graphical power I would like to shoot for 1080p at 60fps.

What is your maximum budget before rebates/shipping/taxes?

My maximum budget is 1500 USD before taxes

When do you plan on building/buying the PC? Note: beyond a week or two from today means any build you receive will be out of date when you want to buy.

I plan on buying this pc within the month of April.

What, exactly, do you need included in the budget? (Tower/OS/monitor/keyboard/mouse/etc)

In this build I will need the following. -Case -Motherboard -ram -gpu -cpu -hardrive -os -powersupply

Which country (and state/province) will you be purchasing the parts in? If you're in US, do you have access to a Microcenter location?

I live in the US, but I do not have access to a Microcenter.

If reusing any parts (including monitor(s)/keyboard/mouse/etc), what parts will you be reusing? Brands and models are appreciated.

I'm not reusing any parts. Though this computer needs enough IO to support triple monitors, wired keyboard, wired mouse, headphones, microphone. I would Also like some usbs open after all those are plugged in.

Will you be overclocking? If yes, are you interested in overclocking right away, or down the line? CPU and/or GPU?

I am interested in overclocking, but I'm not 100% sure. It would be for a couple years. So overclockablity is not a necessity.

Are there any specific features or items you want/need in the build? (ex: SSD, large amount of storage or a RAID setup, CUDA or OpenCL support, etc)

As previously stated I would like a power core with at least 4 cores and a large amount of storage space. A ssd is not required.

Do you have any specific case preferences (Size like ITX/microATX/mid-tower/full-tower, styles, colors, window or not, LED lighting, etc), or a particular color theme preference for the components?

I would like my components to follow a red and black theme. I would it to be 15% red and 85% black as the red can be very overbearing. I would prefer a mid or full tower. I don't want my case to be of the "EXTREME GAMER" style, but rather a clean or industrial look. Also the case doesn't have to have a window unless it helps build the theme. I'm not a huge led fan, but one or two leds wouldn't hurt.

Do you need a copy of Windows included in the budget? If you do need one included, do you have a preference?

Sadly I will need a copy of windows. Unless someone can tell me where to get it for free. I prefer windows 10.

Extra info or particulars: Thank you for all the help in advance!
