Streamlabs notifications freezing
I'm hoping someone can help. I tried looking for a streamlabs reddit but couldn't find one. I just setup my bits notifications last night and when pressing the test buttons on streamlabs, they all worked fine. Then I went live and someone gave me some bits aaaand the notification froze. It doesn't freeze for anything else. Follows, hosts, donations, they all work fine. But bits notifications freeze. I've read in a few places that it's something to do with the browser source in OBS and I should use a window capture on the popout but I don't think I could do that. My stream has a blue screen so I couldn't chroma key out the green from the window. Anyone else having this problem? If so, do you know how to fix it?

Why can't you chroma it out? I don't understand what you mean by your stream has a blue screen? If you're using obs you should be able to add a separate chroma key to specific sources, which would be the popout window for the alert
CAN YOU?! K now I feel like an idiot because I didn't realize the chroma key could be set differently for each source...
Yeah! I'm not anywhere near my computer right now, but I believe if you right click on the source and then click on either "filter" or "property" (one of those on the bottom). And then from there it will take you into the effects menu and you can add a chroma key
So I tried this today and ran into a problem. No matter what colour I try to chroma out, it chromas out one of the bit notification colours LUL. So I'm back to square one.
