Danger Level: EXTREMELY FATAL

Containment Procedures: Item 000 is to be kept in a dim, 39 x 39 room made of reinforced steel to avoid breaches.

Appearance: Item 000 appears as a Sentient Lollipop Toy, very similar to Item 92, Except extremely distorted and terrifying. Item 000 has a very wide smile with large teeth, as well as very wide eyes.

Behavior: Item 000 will kill it's victims by tearing out their eyes, then burrowing into their chest. Item 000 will then tear out the skeleton, hide itself inside the chest, then extend it's limbs, thus taking control of the body.

Item 000 also seems to have an extreme dislike towards Blackrabbit. The reason for this is currently unknown.

I have noticed that when an electronic device is in a 10 by 10 radius of Item 000, The electronic device will then display either a disturbing image of Item 000's face with two eyes in the sockets similar to those of The Rodent's , or it will instantly crash the device, and a screen similar to the blue screen of death will appear, but with Item 000's face. I will post both of these images later.
