It wasn't in 15 seconds (the first one). The second one is the only accurate one I've seen so far.

Then Dyrus spent the rest of the game proving Fiora was scripting by Qing at random times to see the auto parry.
Not even a Dyrus fanboy, but that kill was suspiciously clean in general even besides the W. A level 2 all-in as Fiora vs Teemo in two minion waves is incredibly risky. I've seen videos of scripts being used that basically give you the all-clear for when an all-in will kill someone. Wouldn't be surprised if that was what was happening here.
